There are some engineers with rich experience in research and design, who are good at using professional software of Solidworks, Photoview and PRO/E to develop the new products. Meanwhile, Twirl Motor owns various sets of professional equipment for production, including High-quality knurling machines, CNC lathes, Press-casting machines, CNC machining centers, Engraving Machines and Electrical pulses.
Our main inspection equipment is Automatic dynamometers and OVH. We do strict inspection and strength test with each series of products so as to keep their best state in strength and noise.
